Great staff and convenient location

During my stay, I found the staff to be outstanding—always ready to help and offer local recommendations. The location near the convention center was perfect for easy access to events and nearby dining options. However, I was disappointed that parking was an additional cost, which should have been included given the already high room rates.

The best part was the nearby food scene! I hit up Sizzle Pie for killer slices and revered the local champ, Burgerville, for that tasty burger fix. Plus, having a stellar bar and restaurant at the hotel was a sweet relief after a long day. Nothing like a good meal to cap off the night!

But I gotta note the family setup is a bummer. no space for all five of us, what a drag! And we were nudging for a nap with the noise from the cleaning crew rattling our peace.

The Crowne Plaza provided a convenient location near the convention center, with clean and modern rooms that featured comfortable beds, a fridge, and a microwave. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, particularly during the airport pickup service, which is a great perk for a downtown hotel.

Enjoyed a cozy stay in a spacious room equipped with comfortable beds. The hotel’s on-site bar served excellent cocktails, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. my experience was improved by the quick answers from the friendly front desk staff.

Disappointing Experience

We booked here because of the parking, but check-in was a mess. There were dirty towels in the bathroom and the shower was gross. Tried to check out early but the front desk said no until the middle of the night. The bar area looked nice, but it was overall a letdown.

The staff, from housekeepers to bartenders, were incredibly polite, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with everything in walking distance from the mall to restaurants, not to mention a convenient shuttle to the airport.

It wasn’t exactly a steal, but given the experience, it was acceptable.
